FERC Approves Interim Partial Settlement on Cove Point LNG Supply Issues

Yesterday FERC approved the interim partial settlement proposed by Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP to address the terminal’s supply issues. FERC noted that the proposed settlement was not contested by any of the interested parties and concluded that it “appears to be fair and reasonable and in the public interest.” The Commission’s order is available in the eLibrary under Docket No. RP11-2136.
