Yesterday Weaver’s Cove Energy, LLC and Mill River Pipeline, LLC filed a motion for leave to answer and an answer to a request for rehearing filed by the City of Fall River, Mass., and the Massachusetts attorney general. The answer addresses several of the requestors’ arguments, including their contention that FERC acted improperly when it determined that Weaver’s Cove has control over the activities within the thermal exclusion zone outside the property line (condition 40 of the order approving the project).
