Ore. Appeals Court Rejects Challenge of LUBA Decision

The Oregon Court of Appeals decided last Thursday to reject Columbia Riverkeeper’s bid to challenge a January Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) decision related to the Bradwood Landing LNG import project. LUBA’s January decision rejected 21 of the 23 issues raised by project opponents, but also remanded two issues back to the Clatsop County Board of Commissioners.
