Oregon DEQ Informally Suspends Its Review of Bradwood Landing LNG Project

The Oregonian reports that Oregon’s Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has informally suspended its review of the air and water permit applications that developers of the Bradwood Landing LNG terminal filed with the agency. According to the Oregonian, the state’s assistant attorney general has asked the developers to agree to a formal suspension until the project’s land-use issues are settled.
