Oregon AG Requests Stay of Bradwood Landing LNG Project Approval as Other Parties Seek to Appeal Conditional Approval

John Kroger, Attorney General for the State of Oregon, has requested that FERC issue a stay that would prevent the Bradwood Landing LNG import project from moving forward until the State’s appeal of FERC’s conditional approval of the project pending before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is resolved. The Daily Astorian provides additional details.

The Daily Astorian further reports that the State of Washington and the environmental group Columbia Riverkeeper both announced their intention to file similar appeals of FERC’s conditional approval of the Bradwood Landing LNG terminal.
