Oregon Appeals FERC’s Conditional Approval of Bradwood Landing LNG Project

The State of Oregon has filed an appeal of FERC’s conditional approval of the Bradwood Landing LNG project with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the  Ninth  Circuit. According to The Oregonian, Oregon alleges that FERC improperly issued conditional approval of the Bradwood Landing LNG project before the state processed its permits and before a sufficient analysis of the project’s environmental impact was completed.
