Washington Gas Light says it may file lawsuits in response to a May 23 decision by the Prince George’s County Council to approve a zoning plan that would bar the placement of fuel storage tanks in certain parts of the county. The company argues that its proposed LNG peak shaving tank is necessary to boost natural gas supply, helping to keep costs low for consumers. Details are in The Gazette.
