Judge Denies SES LNG’s Request to Compel Completion of Environmental Assessment

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge denied a request by Sound Energy Solutions LNG to compel the Port of Long Beach to complete its Environmental Impact Report on the company’s proposed Long Beach LNG project.
