Lake Charles Exports, LLC and Lake Charles LNG Export Company, LLC each have filed applications for authority to export an additional 121 Bcf/year of LNG from the proposed export terminal at Lake Charles, La (Lake Charles Terminal). The companies propose to export the LNG to Free Trade Agreement (FTA) countries for a period of 25 years and Non-FTA countries for a period of 20 years....
