Bank of China and Goldman Sachs to Help Raise Funds for Alaska LNG Project

Last week, the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation (AGDC) announced that it has engaged Bank of China Limited (Bank of China) and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC (Goldman Sachs) to serve as lead global capital coordinators for AGDC’s Alaska LNG project. Bank of China and Goldman Sachs will assist AGDC with raising equity and debt financing for the continued development of the Alaska LNG project, which consists primarily of a liquefaction and LNG export terminal facility and an 800-mile pipeline to access Alaskan North Slope gas supplies.
