Reuters reports that Douglas Wharton, director of origination for Cheniere Marketing, recently stated that Corpus Christi Liquefaction’s LNG facility under construction in Corpus Christi, Texas “will hopefully start producing first LNG by this year.” Reuters also reported Mr. Wharton as saying, “[we] have made significant progress on train 3 which…we are hoping to take a final investment decision (FID) on soon.”
