Port Arthur LNG Files Non-FTA Export Application

Port Arthur LNG has filed an application with the U.S. Department of Energy to export 517 Bcf/year (approximately 10 million metric tons) of LNG over a 20-year period from its proposed LNG terminal in Port Arthur, Texas to nations without a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the United States.
