Woodfibre LNG Files Application for B.C. Environmental Assessment Certificate

Woodfibre LNG has filed an application with the British Columbia (B.C.) Environmental Assessment Office for an environmental assessment certificate for its proposed LNG production facility and export terminal at the former Woodfibre Pulp and Paper Mill site near Squamish, B.C.  The facility will produce 2.1 million metric tonnes of LNG per year and the estimated LNG carrier frequency is 3-4 per month.  Read more in the Globe and Mail article.
