U.S. Representative Jim Bridenstine (R-OK) has introduced H.R. 89, the Domestic Prosperity and Global Freedom Act, which, according to the press release, “calls for pending [LNG] export applications to be granted immediately upon enactment of the bill” and removes “an additional level of scrutiny” for applications to export U.S. LNG to World Trade Organization countries.
