Alaska Governor Establishes Advisory Board for Municipal Input on Alaska LNG Project

Alaska Governor Sean Parnell has established the Municipal Advisory Gas Project Review Board to provide municipalities a venue for local input on the proposed Alaska LNG project, which includes a pipeline and LNG export terminal to access North Slope gas supplies for export as LNG.  According to the press release, the Board will be comprised of the mayors and representatives from various boroughs and the Commissioners of the Departments of Revenue, Natural Resources, and Commerce, Community, and Economic Development.
