FERC released notice of its intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for Cambridge Energy Group Limited affiliate CE FLNG, LLC’s proposed floating liquefaction, storage and offloading LNG export terminal project located on the Mississippi River near Baptiste Collette Bayou in Plaquemines Parish, La., and the interconnected pipeline.
