A group of environmental organizations led by Clean Ocean Action, the Natural Resources Defense Council, and numerous citizens have filed comments with the U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Maritime Administration opposing Liberty Natural Gas’s Port Ambrose LNG import terminal application. The proposed deepwater terminal would be located offshore New Jersey and New York. Documents submitted in the Port Ambrose LNG application docket can be found here.
