Articles Look at Alaska LNG Project Status

A commentary in the Alaska Journal of Commerce reviews the status of the Alaska North Slope producers’ proposed LNG export terminal and pipeline project and expresses frustration with the slow pace of its development. Related to this topic, Platts LNG Daily [subscription required] reports that Alaska Governor Parnell has signed a one-year extension of an agreement with TransCanada providing for state subsidization of the project’s development.
