FERC has issued a notice of its intent to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) for Magnolia LNG LLC’s proposed Magnolia LNG Project, involving construction and operation of natural gas liquefaction and storage facilities at the Port of Lake Charles, Calcasieu Parish, La., for LNG export and domestic use.
