British Columbia Government Working on Tax Model for LNG Terminals

The Wall Street Journal [subscription] reports that British Columbia Premier Christy Clark said in a recent interview that her government was in negotiations with the sponsor of a proposed LNG export terminal in British Columbia to establish a tax structure for the project that would serve as the model for other projects. According to the report, Clark stated that she hoped to reach an agreement within the next few months.
