Environmental Groups Appeal Jordan Cove LNG Terminal Dredging Permit

Coos Waterkeeper, Friends of Living Oregon Waters (FLOW), Sierra Club, and Greenpeace filed an appeal with the Oregon Court of Appeals alleging that the Oregon Department of State Lands did not adequately consider the environmental effects when it approved a dredging permit for the Jordan Cove Energy LNG export terminal in the Port of Coos Bay, Ore.
