EcoEléctrica LP has asked for determination of whether FERC’s mandatory pre-filing procedures apply to its proposal to construct, own and operate the LNG Supply Pipeline Project. The proposed project consists of a pipeline to serve a truck loading facility for delivery of LNG to end users and a boil off gas return pipeline at EcoEléctrica’s LNG terminal in Peñuelas, Puerto Rico. EcoEléctrica states that it plans to file an application at FERC in the second quarter of 2013 so that the LNG Supply Pipeline Project can be in service by the second quarter of 2014.
