Sabine Pass LNG has filed a request at FERC for a determination whether FERC’s pre-filing procedures would apply to Sabine Pass LNG’s forthcoming application to construct the “Modification Project,” consisting of various facilities designed to enhance the operability and reliability of Sabine Pass LNG’s Liquefaction Project.
