Sabine Pass LNG has filed a supplemental response with FERC regarding the expected air emissions from the company’s proposed LNG liquefaction and export project. This filing addresses sulfur removal equipment that is included in the project design. The filing is available in FERC’s eLibrary under Docket No. CP11-72.
Separately, FERC Chairman Jon Wellinghoff responded to a letter from U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.) regarding the Sabine Pass LNG export project, stating that “the project is being processed as thoroughly and as expeditiously as possible in order to arrive at a well-reasoned, timely decision.” This letter is also available in the eLibrary under Docket No. CP11-72.
