Speaking in Washington, D.C., Tuesday, two industry analysts agreed that a study published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) likely overstates the impacts of U.S. LNG exports on domestic gas prices. According to Platts, the analysts noted that the likely volume of LNG exports is far less than the 6-12 Bcf/d scenario analyzed by the study.
