Bob Braddock, the project manager for the Jordan Cove Energy Project, told The Oregonian that his company is still assessing customer interest in using the planned Jordan Cove LNG facility to export LNG. Although the company applied for a natural gas export authorization with the U.S. Department of Energy this week, Braddock said that it will not pursue a full FERC application to export LNG unless the project secures commitments from future terminal users.
