APGA Responds to Sabine Pass Liquefaction in FERC LNG Export Proceeding

Yesterday the American Public Gas Association (APGA) responded to Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC’s answer to APGA’s prior submission to FERC in opposition to the company’s proposed LNG export facilities at the existing Sabine Pass terminal. In its filing, APGA argues that exporting natural gas is inconsistent with the goal of reducing the country’s dependence on foreign sources of energy. Find APGA’s comments in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP11-72.
