Savannah School Board Declines to Intervene in Elba Island LNG Truck Delivery Proceeding

This week the Savannah-Chatham Public School Board declined to formally intervene in FERC’s regulatory proceeding on Southeast LNG’s proposal to distribute LNG by truck from the Elba Island import terminal. The Savannah Morning News reports, however, that the school board will provide federal officials with information regarding 15 school properties located within one mile of the proposed trucking route.
