Louisiana Supreme Court Declines to Consider Port’s Appeal of Lease for LNG Terminal Site

Earlier this month, the Louisiana Supreme Court declined to consider West Cameron Port’s appeal of the Port of Lake Charles’ lease to Sempra LNG for the construction of the Cameron LNG facility. According to WXVT.com, the Third Circuit Court of Appeal ruled 3-2 that the Port of Lake Charles had authority to lease part of its property to Sempra LNG.
