Cheniere Marketing Describes Break-Even Prices for U.S. LNG Exports

Speaking at a Platts conference, Cheniere Marketing President H. Davis Thames said that, assuming a West Texas Intermediate oil price of $90 per barrel, the Henry Hub natural gas price would have to be at least $6.73 per MMBtu for profitable U.S. LNG exports to Europe and $8.20 per MMBtu for profitable exports to Asia.
