Last week El Paso Corporation and AGL Resources Inc. announced the formation of a joint venture to distribute LNG in the southeastern United States. According to the press statement announcing the agreement, the joint venture will focus on supplying fuel to heavy-duty trucks and buses, as well as peak-shaving facilities, and will initially source its LNG supplies from the Elba Island LNG facility.
