A GDF Suez spokesperson told the Gloucester Times that the company expects the first LNG cargo to arrive at the Neptune LNG deepwater port in August. The company representative also noted that one of Neptune LNG’s two LNG unloading buoys is operational now and that the second is undergoing tests and awaiting delivery of the second of two shuttle regasification vessels constructed for the project.
