Calais City Council Creates Marine Industrial Zone

Town Manager Diane Barnes noted that the zoning change was not specifically for Calais LNG, but rather to assist development of marine industrial projects in the city, saying “[i]f Calais LNG should not happen, we will still be ready for other such projects in the future.” The Bangor Daily News provides further coverage.
