PHMSA Determines Agency Has Jurisdiction Over Weaver’s Cove LNG Pipeline Proposal

The U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA) has determined that the agency has jurisdiction over the “pipe in pipe” LNG transfer system proposed by Weaver’s Cove LNG.
