A Kitimat LNG spokesperson told Platts LNG Daily [subscription required] that his company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a “major Japanese company.” The spokesperson declined to give further details regarding the agreement, but noted that a previous agreement between Kitimat LNG and Mitsubishi has lapsed.
