Third Circuit Court of Appeals Hears Oral Arguments in Dispute Over Cameron LNG Site

The Louisiana Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit heard oral arguments earlier this week regarding the ongoing dispute between the Ports of Lake Charles and West Cameron over the site of the Cameron LNG terminal. The Port of Lake Charles owns the site and leases the land to Sempra LNG for the Cameron LNG terminal. However, the site is located within the Port of West Cameron, which claims that the Port of Lake Charles must operate within its own boundaries. KPLC-TV provides additional coverage, including several video clips of the oral argument.
