Bradwood Landing LNG Project Opponents React to NMFS Description of Scale of Project

The Daily Astorian reports that some opponents of the Bradwood Landing LNG import project were surprised that the National Marine Fisheries Service said that it needed more time to consider whether a number of threatened or endangered species would be negatively affected by the Bradwood Landing project due to the “large scale” of the project. The NMFS characterization of the project as “large” is described as controversial because it appears to contradict the Clatsop County Commission’s classification of the project as a “small to moderate in scale” scale development.
