Yesterday Gulf LNG Energy, LLC submitted to FERC its annual review of its Waterway Suitability Assessment (WSA). Gulf LNG states that “the changes to the assessment are limited to items that are administrative in nature, items that reflect the final detailed engineering design of the marine facility structures and items that positively impact the suitability of the waterway for LNG vessel traffic.” Find Gulf LNG’s filing in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP06-12.
