A FERC spokesperson told the Baltimore Sun that the Commission still plans to vote on whether to approve the AES Sparrows Point LNG terminal proposal at its meeting this Thursday, despite a number of requests to delay a decision based on concerns that a proposed pipeline route would threaten endangered species.
