Citing “unanswered questions” regarding federally listed endangered and threatened species potentially affected by the proposed AES Sparrows Point LNG project, the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI) recommended that FERC withhold final certification of the project until the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service addresses Endangered Species Act concerns. The DOI’s letter is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP07-62.
