FERC Expects to Attend Public Hearings on Jordan Cove LNG Project

A FERC spokesperson told LNGLawBlog that airplane mechanical difficulties delayed the Commission’s representatives and prevented them from attending last night’s scheduled public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement in the Jordan Cove LNG proceeding. FERC expects to attend further public hearings later this week, including a meeting tonight in Roseburg, Ore. See Docket No. CP07-444 in the FERC eLibrary for further details on the scheduled public hearings and KCBY News for additional coverage.
