LNG Opponent Seeks Review of Natural Hazards Risks Facing Proposed Jordan Cove LNG Project

An opponent of the proposed Jordan Cove LNG terminal has appealed part of a state Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) ruling in favor of the terminal developers. Specifically, the suit requests that the risks of an earthquake or tsunami to the proposed terminal  be re-examined. Read more in the Register-Guard (Ore.).
