Yesterday FERC granted Freeport LNG’s request to commence service at its LNG regasification terminal in Freeport, Texas. FERC’s authorization letter, available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP03-75, notes that ongoing “rehabilitation and restoration of the facility site is proceeding satisfactorily.”
