Oregon LNG Submits Waterway Suitability Assessment to U.S. Coast Guard

Oregon LNG announced yesterday that it has submitted its Waterway Suitability Assessment (WSA) to the U.S. Coast Guard. According to the company’s press release (carried via Business Wire), Oregon LNG CEO Peter Hansen said that the “WSA shows that tankers can safely navigate the Columbia River Bar to serve our facility” and went on to note that the assessment “also confirms that our site is well-suited for the most modern vessels, including the Q-Max class.”
