The Mississippi House Ways and Means Committee will hold a hearing tomorrow to consider the allocation of tax revenues from the Gulf LNG project. At issue is whether the Pascagoula School District should receive 100% of tax revenues from an ad valorem tax related to the project or if those revenues ought to be shared with three other surrounding districts.
