County Staff Members Note “Flaws” in Bradwood Landing LNG’s Land Use Application

In a 23-page report, the professional staff for the Clatsop County, Ore., Board of Commissioners noted several problems with the land-use application filed by Bradwood Landing LNG project developer NorthernStar Natural Gas Co. According to county officials speaking with the Daily Astorian, the problems are “mostly grammatical,” along with some declarations that the staff considers unprovable or extraneous, and will not require the Board to revisit its tentative approval. The board is scheduled to hold a final vote on the application next week.
