Sabine Pass LNG Withdraws Request to Receive Cool-Down Cargo

Citing construction delays, Sabine Pass LNG has withdrawn its request with FERC for authorization to receive a cool-down cargo at the Sabine Pass LNG terminal. Sabine Pass LNG, however, indicated that the delays will not affect the facility’s commercial operations start date which is scheduled for the second quarter of 2008. The request is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP04-47.
