The Clatsop County Commissioners yesterday tentatively approved changes to the county’s rules that would allow the Bradwood Landing LNG terminal proposed for the Columbia River to be listed as a “small to medium” development. The Columbia Riverkeepers environmental group told The Oregonian that such a designation would be misleading for “one of the largest industrial projects in Oregon in three decades.”
