The Globe and Mail reports that the Rabaska LNG terminal proposed for a site near Quebec City has been approved by the provincial government of Quebec. The approval overrules a recent decision by the province’s Commission de protection du territoire agricole (agriculture commission) to oppose the project. Rabaska is the second LNG terminal approved by the province in recent months.
