Canadian Appeals Court Upholds Brunswick Pipeline Decision

Canada’s Federal Court of Appeal has dismissed a request by a local environmental group to overturn regulatory approval granted to Emera to build a gas pipeline from Canaport LNG to the Canada-U.S. border. The pipeline route will pass through Rockwood Park, in Saint John, New Brunswick, which prompted the appeal.
